How Do I Make a Payment?
Online
You may schedule a single payment or a recurring payment by utilizing The Student Loan People E-Pay. (If you are a first-time user of E-Pay, please review the "Important Information" section.) Click on the orange button in the center of the page, and our E-Pay site will open in a new browser window. Please remember that it is your responsibility to monitor and/or stop any recurring payments that you have set up on this system.

Note: Checks or money orders for ALL borrowers should be made payable to The Student Loan People.
Phone
You may make a payment by phone from your checking account. The Student Loan People Borrowers: 1-800-693-8220 Access Group, Inc., Borrowers: 1-888-250-6401 Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
This lets you have payments transferred from your checking or savings account automatically each month. You must select a payment date of the 1st, 5th, 10th, 15th, or 20th for this option. Please note: if the payment pull date falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment will process the evening of the next business day. The payment will be processed with an effective date of the due date. For example, if the payment pull date of the 15th falls on a Saturday, the payment will not pull until the evening of the 17th. When the payment is posted to the account, it will have an effective date of the 15th. Download EFT application |
