Late Fee

Late fees are added on the 16th day of delinquency.

	Federal Loans
	6% of the scheduled monthly payment

	Private Loans
	Up to $25 per loan

Supplemental/Guarantee Fees

Fees ranging from 0% to 12.90% are assessed on all Access Group, Inc. private loans. The rate is based on your credit rating at the time the loan is granted and is originally disclosed in your promissory note.

Capitalization of Interest

Interest that has accrued on your loans and has not been paid after your grace period ends on unsubsidized Stafford and on GradPLUS and Parent PLUS loans, at the end of a deferment on unsubsidized Stafford Loans, or after a forbearance ends, may be capitalized (added to the principal balance).

Origination Fees

1% origination fees on federal Stafford Loans.
